Position:
Senior Mechanical Engineer – Hydrocarbon / Muscat, Oman – AMEA.
Required Experience :
- Minimum of 12 years oil & gas engineering experience (of which 4 years upstream).
- Experience in conceptual, front end and detailed design required (minimum 10 years experience in an engineering design company).
- Experience shall encompass all aspects of mechanical system design, equipment (static and rotating), piping systems, design and construction standards, codes of practice.
- Relevant knowledge, skills and experience in equipment sizing software, codes.
- Fully conversant with relevant international standards.
- Experience with Company and/or Shell Group projects and standards (SPs / ERDs and DEPs) is strongly preferred.
- Field experience in construction & commissioning strongly preferred.
Required Qualification :
Degree in discipline specific engineering (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Eng.)
